Magic Software Enterprises Signs Deal With Indecom, Germany's Largest Application Service Provider, to Offer Magic eService

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) - Magic Software Enterprises (Nasdaq:MGIC - news), a leading provider of state-of-the-art technology and business solutions, Tuesday announced that it has signed a deal with Indecom independent computing gmbh (Indecom), Germany's largest application service provider (ASP), to include Magic eService(TM) among its product offerings.

Starting immediately, Indecom will make the powerful Web-based customer service management solution available to its customers, who consist primarily of medium-sized companies.

Indecom (http://www.indecom.net), which operates as an ASP exclusively in the business-to-business arena, is one of the pioneers of the ASP market in Germany.

In close cooperation with software companies, Indecom offers a comprehensive and integrated portfolio of software products to primarily medium-sized companies who want to take advantage of the latest software solutions but are unwilling or unable to bear the overhead costs associated with creation, administration and maintenance of an IT infrastructure.

By offering Magic eService to its customers, Indecom makes it possible for these companies to significantly reduce their overhead while increasing the effectiveness of their long-term service.
