TEL AVIV, June 18 (Reuters) - EDS Israel, a unit of U.S. giant Electronic Data Systems Corp (NYSE:EDS - News), said on Tuesday it won a software change and systems upgrade contract from Bank Leumi (Tel Aviv: LUMI.TA - News), Israel's second largest bank

A source close to the project, which is due to last between five and seven years, said the deal was worth more than $100 million.

Formula shares were unchanged at 52.3 shekels in afternoon trade compared with a fall of 0.2 percent on the broader Tel Aviv market.
