Israel's Magic appoints chief financial officer

NEW YORK, March 30 (Reuters) - Israel's Magic Software Enterprises (NasdaqNM: MGIC - News) said on Tuesday it appointed Hilel Kremer as chief financial officer and vice president of finance.
Magic said Kremer, who was CFO of NUR Macroprinters (NasdaqSC:NURM - News) from 1998 to 2003, will take his new role immediately. The company said last month that CFO Guy Bernstein would step down to pursue other career opportunities.
